Report 11: Localising the SDGs with a Cultural Perspective. Initial results of the Seven Keys programme
La Committee on Culture of UCLG has recently launched its 11th report entitled “Localising the SDGs with a Cultural Perspective. Initial results of the Seven Keys programme”.
The report builds on the experience and results of the 10 cities and local governments that have organised a “Seven Keys” workshop in the past years, namely: Bulawayo, Burgos, Concepción, Izmir, Lilongwe, Lisbon, Puerto de la Cruz, Saint Louis, Xi'an and Yoff.
It draws very interesting conclusions and link the work done by cities on the localisation of the SDGs through culture and various key frameworks, including the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the 17 SDGs, the toolkit Culture 21 Actions and its 9 Commitments, as well as the UCLG Pact for the Future of Humanity and its axes and entry points.
